Jess Roebuck-Slaney and Aaron Holt are the team behind To The Bar. With backgrounds as competitive weightlifters, coaches, and technical officials, they combine deep sport-specific knowledge with high-quality media production. Dedicated to telling the stories of the sporting community through stunning visuals and heartfelt conversations, whether through a lens or a microphone, they celebrate the strength in every story.
Capturing not just the action, but the emotion, intensity, and atmosphere that define elite competition. They provide full-scale event media coverage, delivering dynamic photography, cinematic videography, and engaging digital content that helps event organisers, brands, and athletes elevate their presence and connect meaningfully with their audience.

How we work
We keep production focused. Before an event, we get clear on the story, the must-have moments, the delivery format and the pace you need. On the day, we work around the room rather than interrupting it. Afterward, we edit with the end use in mind: web, social, press, sponsors, athletes or internal brand teams.
